Warranty Information

All products have been thoroughly tested to be free of defects in material and workmanship. If any product should malfunction while used in its recommended environment during the applicable warranty period, ACP-EP Memory/EP Memory (ACP-EP Memory/EP Memory- Memory Upgrades), at its option, will repair or replace the product at no charge, provided the product or any part thereof has not been abused, misused, neglected, replaced, repaired, or modified. ACP-EP Memory/EP Memory shall make the final determination as to the existence and cause of any defect. No warranty is made with respect to custom products produced to original Buyer specifications, except as specifically stated in writing by ACP-EP Memory/EP Memory. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that neither ACP-EP Memory/EP Memory nor any agent or representative of ACP-EP Memory/EP Memory has made any warranty, promise or guarantee regarding the product or its suitability for any particular use except as expressly set forth herein. ACP-EP Memory/EP Memory's warranty shall not be enlarged, diminished, or affected by, and no obligation or liability shall arise or grow out of, ACP-EP Memory/EP Memory's rendering of technical advice or service in connection with any product furnished there under. ACP-EP Memory/EP Memory makes no representation or warranty whatsoever to Buyer with respect to the performance, appropriate use, safety or characteristics of the products, except as expressly provided herein. ACP-EP Memory/EP Memory reserves the right to make modifications to both hardware and software without prior notification. THE FOREGOING EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES OR REMEDIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL WARRANTIES ON ALL PRODUCTS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE TO ANY OTHER PRODUCT NOR ANY OTHER PERSON.

Life-Time Warranty:
The following ACP-EP Memory/EP Memory products are covered by this warranty for life: memory and memory expansion boards, networking adapters (GBICS) and cables.

Five-Year Warranty:
The following ACP-EP Memory/EP Memory products are covered by this warranty for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase: Mobile Storage Compact Flash, Extreme Performance Compact Flash, Mobile Storage Secure Digital Cards, Extreme Performance Secure Digital Cards, MMCmobile, MMCplus, Mini Secure Digital Cards, Mobile Storage SmartMedia Cards, Mobile Storage MultiMedia Cards, Reduced Size MultiMedia Cards.

Two-Year Warranty:
The following ACP-EP Memory/EP Memory products are covered by this warranty for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase: USB 2.0 SurfDrive, USB 2.0 SnowDrive, Mobile Mini 1.1 USB Drives, USB 2.0 Mobile KeyDrives, USB 2.0 Mobile Storage Drives, USB 2.0 Mobile SwingDrives, Micro Flash 1.1 USB Flash Drives, Micro Flash 2.0 USB Flash Drives, USB Security Key Fingerprint Flash Drive, USB 2.0 All-in-One Media Reader / Writer, MediaGear 9N4 Reader.

One-Year Warranty:
The following ACP-EP Memory/EP Memory products are covered by this warranty for a period of one (1) years from the date of original purchase: EP Storage Blök, 2.5" USB 2.0 Biotech Fingerprint PrivacyDrive HDD, 2.5" USB 2.0 PrivacyDrive HDD, 3.5" USB 2.0 PrivacyDrive HDD.

IN NO EVENT WILL ACP-EP MEMORY/EP MEMORY BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER OR TO THE USER OF AN ADD-ON/EP MEMORY PRODUCT FOR ANY DAMAGES, EXPENSES, LOST REVENUES, LOST SAVINGS, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE, USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE ACP-EP MEMORY/EP MEMORY PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADD-ON/EP MEMORY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
